Macrete with its experience and technical ability are a major supplier of segmental lining rings for shafts and tunnels. With superior workmanship and high quality moulds a great finish is achieved and performance is guaranteed. Standard bolted and smoothbore segments are normally available ex-stock. Tapered trapezoidal gasketted systems are also supplied to high specification tolerances.

Reinforced and Prestressed concrete pipes
To BS 5911:100: & 103 are available in the diameter range 225mm to 3000mm.

Super H pipes
These are produced for extra high load situations. The normal solution to high load problems has been to use class H pipes with concrete cradles or arches. The engineer can now super H pipes with normal granular bedding, for an equivalent or greater load bearing capacity.

Jacking pipes
To BS 5911:120 are available with steel banded or in-wall joints as required.

Prestressed concrete pressure pipes
To BS EN 642 are available in the diameter range 700mm to 3000mm. These pipes are ideally suited for the conveyance of potable water or wastewater under pressures up to 20 bar.
