Macrete Super H Pipes are a combination of reinforced and prestressed pipe technology resulting in pipes of normal weight and up to four times class H strength.

The super H pipes give the engineer a product which helps solve the problem of:

• High fill loads
• Heavy wheel and machine loads
• Loads from stock piles of materials

The normal solution to there problems has been to use Class H Pipes with concrete cradles or arches. The engineer can now specify Super H Pipes with normal granular bedding for an equivalent or greater load bearing capacity.

The advantages on site are many and include:

1. Elimination of site concrete.

2. Minimal supervision, as bedding requirements are to a much less stringent specification.

3. The pipes have proven factory tested strengths to much more stringent requirements than reinforced pipes.

4. The pipe can be joined to standard class L, M or H pipes of same diameter. - no need for manholes at changeover point.

5. The pipe can be laid with the same cranage as L, M or H pipes.
